At WaterView Casino & Hotel, the health and safety of our WaterView family is of the utmost importance. Since the pandemic began, we have consulted with experts in government and healthcare to ensure that we are doing all we can to keep everyone who visits us safe and well. Guest and team member safety is our top priority.

Here’s what you need to know when you visit us:

  • Masks are mandatory for all who enter the casino & hotel. Please keep both your nose and mouth covered except when actively eating or drinking, or when requested by casino staff for identification. Masks are available at our entrance if needed.
  • Quick and painless temperature checks will be conducted for all who enter the casino. No one with a temperature above 100.1 will be allowed to enter.
  • Social distancing of at least 6 feet from anyone who is not a member of your immediate household is one of the best ways to keep yourself and others safe. Please observe this distance at a minimum during your visit.
  • Hand washing is another great way to stay safe. Wash your hands often for at least 20 seconds or use hand sanitizer when soap and water are not readily available.
  • Don’t touch your eyes, nose, or mouth with unwashed hands.
  • Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue or elbow when sneezing or coughing. Dispose of any tissues into a wastebasket.
  • Symptoms of the infection caused by the COVID-19 virus include fever, shortness of breath, chills or muscle pain, headache, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell, and can begin 2-14 days after you are exposed. Please do not visit us if you are experiencing any of these symptoms.

Here’s what we’re doing to keep us all safe:

  • Table games seating has been limited to three chairs per table.
  • Our slot floor has been redesigned to limit your contact with other slots players.
  • Hand sanitizer is available throughout the casino, and we ask that you use it prior to receiving table games chips or when moving to a new slot machine.
  • Sanitizing wipes are stationed throughout the casino, and we ask that you clean your chair and machine before you begin playing.
  • The Buffet has been transformed into the new Lucky Bean, where all orders are now to-go.
  • The Sandbar is open regular hours with physically distanced tables.
  • Self-service beverage stations on the gaming floor are unavailable. Please visit one of our bars or request the beverage of your choice from a cocktail server. Drinks are provided to all who are actively gaming, as always.
  • In our hotel, we are sanitizing every frequently-touched surface in every room between guests. Housekeeping will take place at check-out. Refreshed linens and towels will be available upon request.
  • Every late night, we systematically deep clean and electrostatically sanitize the gaming floor.
  • Casino housekeeping staff is always cleaning and sanitizing the gaming floor. Special attention is paid to frequently-touched surfaces, which are cleaned a minimum of six times every day.
